Kiddos

Clear details for grown-ups

How this website works.

A website for parents, caregivers and educators to explore Kiddos apps and choose resources for their families. Here’s what happens when you browse, try a preview or contact us.

Browsing and app previews

Kiddos does not keep a visitor database or browsing-history logs, or add advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or visitor accounts to this website. The story reader, filters, and little 3D scenes respond in your browser. Their interaction state is not submitted to a Kiddos profile.

The hosting service receives technical requests, including network and device information needed to serve and protect the site. Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites, which also automatically records site traffic, including page views and unique-visitor totals. This is separate from the local choices you make inside our examples. You do not need an account to browse this website.

OpenAI processes hosted data to provide and operate the site under the applicable hosting terms and data-processing agreement. Its technical records have separate retention practices from the support emails described below. See OpenAI’s hosting information and OpenAI’s privacy information for more information.

Choosing resources for your family

The previews help grown-ups explore what Kiddos offers. Parents and educators choose which stories, films and activities to share with children and supervise their use.

The website examples do not request a child’s name, camera, microphone, or location. Choices in the story, games, and music player are held in the current browser session. Kiddos does not use them to create a child profile or send them to an AI model.

Optional YouTube films

Film posters are served from this site. A YouTube player is created only when you choose “Load YouTube video.” It uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, but that does not mean no information is processed. YouTube receives technical and playback information and may serve contextual ads. Kiddos does not sell or control that inventory.

You can unload the player or close the film to stop that embedded session. YouTube’s own controls, links, and any provider disclosures remain available. See Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms.

Email contact

The contact tool opens a draft in your own email app. It does not send a message or upload a form in the background. If you send an email, Kiddos and the email services used to deliver and store it receive your address, message, attachments and ordinary email metadata. Kiddos’ founder handles support and privacy requests. We use your correspondence only as needed to answer your request and resolve the issue. A short description is enough to start. Please avoid including children’s names, photos, recordings or other personal details that are not needed.

How long we keep support emails

We keep ordinary support emails only while needed to resolve your request, then delete the messages and attachments from the records we control. We do not keep them for marketing or a customer profile. We delete unnecessary personal details sooner. If a specific legal obligation or active dispute requires a record, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose and delete it when no longer required. Email providers may retain separate copies under their own deletion schedules.

RSS and external destinations

The journal’s RSS feed is a public-format file for a reader of your choice. There is no newsletter signup or subscriber database on this website. Your reader’s own privacy practices apply. App Store, book shop, social, and other external links take you to services with their own policies.

Our apps have separate policies

Each app’s services and permissions differ. Read its published privacy policy and terms before choosing it for your family.
